What happens if I exceed the quiz engagements included in my plan?

If you exceed your plan's quiz engagement limit, Askflow will seamlessly bill you for 100 extra engagements to ensure that your customers can continue to enjoy our services without interruption.

Pricing for extra engagements depends on the plan you are subscribed to:

  • Basic plan: Each extra engagement (over 1,000) costs $0.06.
  • Pro plan: Each extra engagement (over 5,000) costs $0.05.
  • Plus plan: Each extra engagement (over 20,000) costs $0.03.

What is quiz engagements in the pricing plan?

Quiz engagements refer to the number of guiz interactions or responses that you can collect on your account per month, across all published quizzes. Each pricing plan has its own limit of the engagements.

To ensure you stay within your plan's engagement limit, it's essential to monitor quiz activity regularly. You can track engagement metrics through the Askflow Al dashboard and adjust your quiz strategy or upgrade your plan if needed to accommodate increased engagement.

How does the billing cycle work for paid plans ?

Askflow's paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify, starting at the time of purchase or plan upgrade. Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis and will be billed to the payment method you provide.

If you upgrade or change plans mid-cycle, Shopify will prorate charges based on remaining days and charge you for the remaining days at the new plan rate. Email notifications from Shopify will keep you informed of upcoming charges and successful payments for your Askflow subscription.

Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with my subscription?
